Emanuel Community Center (ECC) is a nonprofit organization in the heart of Old East Dallas focused on direct community outreach. Through programs such as our Food Pantry and Homeless Services, Pat Painter Back to School Carnival, Angel Tree, and Community Garden, the ECC positively affects hundreds of families in the surrounding area.

 

As an all-volunteer based 501(c)(3), the ECC relies solely on the generous time and commitment from those who serve and financial support from our community members and grants.
